Client: University of the Arts London - Careers And Employability
Brief: Create a series of images to illustrate the 'Planning Your Creative Project'  module,  which will help students to develop their employability and enterprise skills. The illustrations should include a header image to represent the overall theme, plus five square images to accompany each lesson topic. All of the images should demonstrate the breadth of creative careers available and reflect the diversity of UAL's student body.
Upon completion, the client decided to extend the project to include three more illustrations, including two full width illustrations and one square.

Process
It was important to me to show a range of characters to connect with the diverse cohort of UAL.
A lot of the targeted audience learn visually, and so the images needed to be bright and engaging, and help to visually simplify complex themes such as budgeting and cash flow. The bold colour palette appeals to all which, along with the repeated motifs throughout, help to make it feel like a coherent series.
